Service Delivery Policy

After successful payment, confirmation of booking will be intimated via E-mail/SMS immediately.

  • No need to call us or mail us regarding room availability as all of our rooms are available online. Our guests are advised to kindly check the availability of rooms at the “Book Now” tab of our hotel website and then make the payment though payment gateway. You will receive an instant mail of payment confirmation and booking successful to the provided mail. Kindly preserve the mail so that you can show that for check in into our hotel.
  • Our guests are advised to go through our website properly as it is having all the basic details including fooding and preferred itinerary with their price breakup. It has all the answers to all your basic queries. In case you have any special requests then you can write to us at “[email protected]”. We will definitely reply.
  • Kindly note that we used to have some network issues sometimes in Daringbadi so it is advisable not to panic if you couldn’t able to connect with us or if we were not able to attend your call in case we were busy. We will surely revert once we will be free.

Hotel Policy

  • The standard check-in time is 11:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with us directly.
  • No refund will be initiated in case of No Show.
  • We do not allow unrelated couples to check-in. This is at full discretion of our hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the check-in is denied under such circumstances. Identity cards of booking guest is mandatory.
  • Any increase in the price due to taxes will be borne by you and payable at hotel.
  • The primary age of the guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into our hotel.
  • Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. We will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check- in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. We may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at our hotel.
  • Please note that it takes minimum of 4 to 8 working hours to confirm a reservation at our hotel for same day check-ins.
  • Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation charges will be as under:

  • 15 Days before the time of check-in – 25 % of total booking amount will be deducted.
  • Within 15 Days to 48 hrs of check-in - 50 % of total booking amount will be deducted.
  • No refund will be eligible in case guest does not arrive as per booking schedule.

After receiving the cancellation request, the balance amount after deducting the cancellation charges will be refunded via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
